This class helps students develop understanding of group processes and skills in small group leadership. The class has been designed to provide instruction and experience in areas including:

• Addressing resourcing issues for group activities;
• Coordinating a group planning process;
• Managing group processes including responding to conflict and
• Evaluating group activities.
