Scheduling Your Course Work:

Ambassador College of Christian Ministry operates from a flexible learning platform, allowing students to start a course at any time they wish. This means that at any given moment, you and your colleagues are at different stages on their learning journey, submitting different assignments. Our system is designed for maximum convenience to you, while maintaining integrity in the quality of the training you receive.

We recommend planning to complete each course within a 6 month period from your enrolment date.  We suggest you sit down with a calendar and plan out a schedule for undertaking and submitting each of your assessments so that you can complete your course within the six months, or a shorter time if you prefer.   It is also possible to take longer than six months, (in that case, please discuss this via email with the registrar so your login duration can be extended to the adjusted time).

Online Activities:

You can complete online class exercises and participate in moderated discussion boards whenever it suits you. Just log in using your log in details and navigate around the class' website.

Submitting Assessments:

Try to complete and submit your assessments as you go, so they don’t mount up.  You may submit assessments at any time via the Student Portal, under the Assessment tab.

Our assessors will read your assessments and send you feedback via the same Assessment section of the Student Portal.  You will receive email notification when the feedback and grade is completed Our assessors are part time and can be busy with other responsibilities, but they will endeavour to complete you feedback by the end of the month in which it is received if it has been submitted before the beginning of the third week.  For example, if you submit an assessment item on January 14th, 2013, we would endeavour to have it assessed by January 31st. If you submitted it on January 27th, it will more likely be assessed in the middle of February.
