Diploma in Christian Ministry Program

The Diploma in Christian Ministry program is designed to equip men and women for more effective and informed service in the work of the gospel. The Diploma program includes 9 courses, delivered online in two levels of achievement, plus a supervised third level of either a Ministry Practicum or Research project. Students are encouraged to successfully complete all classes in each level before moving to the next level.

Level 1: Foundations of Christian Ministry

• Spiritual Formation

• Foundations of Faith

• Life and Teachings of Jesus Christ

• Survey of the Bible

Level 2: Practical Christian Ministry

• Effective Communication

• Small Group Leadership

• Christian Leadership

• Preaching

• Pastoral Care

Level 3: Applied Christian Ministry

• Ministry Practicum
or
• Supervised Research Project

For Credit Students:

Successful completion of each level of the Diploma program is a prerequisite to commencing the next level of study. The Diploma qualification is denominationally accredited and recognized by the Worldwide Church of God.

For Non-Credit (Audit) Students:

Each of the classes offered in Level 1 of the Diploma program, along with Effective Communication and Small Group Leadership, is available for personal study without assessment.
